rent in klang/bandar puteri/kemuning....rempit to sunway only takes 40mins

Mentari court is fine as long as you dont stay at blok a b c d or those dkt main gate. Block G is much cleaner

if family, i don't think Mentari is a suitable environment for kids. It's like little Zimbabwe / Nigeria there.
Try to live near LRT / MRT station. RM 100 per month change train to BRT @ USJ 7 station
or you can just drive... monthly parking available.

if live a lone rental room easier
if live with whole family rent a house starting rm1200 depending on house gua usj2/usj6 more direct route to sunway if drive OR BRT direct to sunway
goodyear court u better look first before you rent coz majority is not local ppl jor
meridian also same, majority non-local but still not that bad the facilities.

SJ02, BRT can reach Sunway Pyramid. Scare what?

PJS 9 got those rooms to rent, or Sunway GEO, or Palmville Condo.

budget 1k, the only place u can stay is mentari court laugh.gif

If me top up sikit stay at court 1, walking distance to usj 7 LRT, take BRT for work everyday. At least court 1 is gated and guarded, less nigga.

Usually pipul take mrt till kl sentral, take ktm to setia jaya, brt to sunway piramid
This option just few station away

Compare to lrt, kl sentral to usj 7 - 16 station
Brt usj 7 - 4 station
