Trash girl's action can be nearly considered as a crime already and this is one of the ways to warn people, rather if Micho's intention is to shame her or warn future potential victims. Exactly. If she didn't pack and run instead stay and face the music, none of this would ever happened. What trash girl did is nearly a crime already for damaging private property. She did what other criminals do; run away before/without getting caught. 'If no one exposed me, I am safe', that was in her mind. Micho can be blamed IF trash girl had owned up her problems without running but Micho still wanted to tell the whole world about it. THAT, itself can be considered as shaming the person and not a warning, in which Micho is no longer can be the 'victim' but instead the harasser.
