Hi, in overseas now and credit get deducted randomly. Didn't subscribe to any services, checked e-statement and get deducted.

Tweeted to CS in Twitter and can't seem to help much, keep asking for verification but failed to do actually help.

Can please block my balance from keep getting deducted?
