Hi there. I have been searching high and low regarding about Suzuki RG 110(the auto clutch one) but so far found almost nothing, as available resources online are all in one kind BM that I dun faham also.

So can anyone give comments about this bike, i.e what is the curent price now in the market, reliability, fuel consumption, spare parts availability, common problems with this bike, etc.

Would also like to know is Suzuki RG 110 better than Suzuki Best? I have been riding a Suzuki Best for the past 2 weeks and I have been very satisfied with it especially the fuel consumption. RM 2 back and fro from Kota Kemuning to Subang as compared to RM 5 for my shitty ass Naza Symphony 125. Hope a RG 110 can attain almost the same result, as long as not as expensive as my Naza.

Thanks in advance.

umm..not really..
if u compare to 1.3 car wth 1.3 RX7
same like compare 110CC 4stroke bike with 110cc RG..
thats what i mean.

Wow, that is a very high FC bike if going according to such comparison. hmm.gif

Well, actually I dun mind paying extra for the higher FC.

It must be understood that my phony Naza Symphony 4 stroke scooter is attaining RM5 from Kota Kemuning to Subang Jaya back and fro even though:
a) I am using RON 92 petrol, if RON 97 even higher than RM 5
b) I am riding approx 40-50 km/h, fastest 60 km/h as I do not want to spoil the fragile v-belt and its fragile pulley/bushings.

If I am forced to pay also RM 5 per trip (i.e:back and fro) but I can ride approx 70km/h or even higher, I dun mind seriously. This is from my point of view and my sense of value.

i am riding this bike currently only when i'm on the mood. i also have GSX110 and VS125. So far GSX is the most practical bike rather than the other 2. RG got more power in terms of long distance. It usually used RM4 traveling from Wangsa Maju to Putrajaya and back. Also 2T oil that must be filled for every 2 weeks (Only if u use this bike 2 weeks non stop) as for GSX, it would only need RM2 for the same distance. VS125 is the most expensive. you wouldn't want to ask why.

Anyway. I am really satisfy with this bike (RG110) and also using the auto clutch transmission. It's a life saver when you woke up late and u know you gonna be late to work if u use your car.

Thank you for your comment Shah. Well, at least I am assured that I can handle the FC cost.

Well, I am also puzzled as why your VS125 and my phony Naza scooter has such high FC. Haihz.

Thanks once again.

Guys,
I would like to know what is the 2nd hand price of an RG110 auto clutch in the market right now. Maybe anybody can share here. Heard that Suzuki has a very low resale value (as compared to Japanese brands like Yamaha and Honda). Hopefully it wont be more than RM 2500.

But the scooter is really a big no-no to me anymore.Slow and huge FC.

How I hope Suzuki can still make V100s. That was my first scooter and I can never forget how good the scooter it was, accept that:

1) It drinks 2T like there is no tomorrow (nvm for me)
2) The spark plug gets easily "wet" making the scooter hard to start
3) I had a bad accident with it that sent me into Sunway Hospital and I went into coma for a day.

Well, looks like I am becoming a Suzuki fan.

Test rode one unit today. I think the motorshop was using chiplak 2T oil for the bike, dunno what "Boss" Brand (not Hugo Boss), one big bottle for RM 4 only.

Was okay, but everytime start the bike can hear the loud "pik-piak" sound. Is it mis-fire?

Summore dun want to accept my Naza scooter as a trade in. Haihz

This is what i am talking about. After preodically kick start, this sound will come out. I have seen many of them and i personally dont own them tongue.gif. Yamaha Rocks.

Erm, to be honest lah, when I rode my frenz Yamaha Sport 100 also have this kind of sound but I always ignore(not my bike mah)

But this time I am buying it for my own usage, of course need to be detailed abit with what I am buying.

I think this problems happens to any 2 stroke bikes, no matter you are using a Suzi, Yamaha, Kawa or Honda.
