great, just when i was about to warm my seat after getting home from college.. got a call from my mum that my younger sister is involved in an accident, yet again!

the scenario:
blue car : my sister's car, hyundai accent
red car : the other fella's car, a proton wira
the 2lanes horizontal is obviously the main road. so my sister is turning out from the junction, and cars in green already stopped to give way.
yet later when i ask the red car guy, he said he didn't see my sister's car turning out.
in this case, i already know for sure that it's my sister's fault cuz no matter how to argue also it is still the mainroad.
but here is something to ponder.. it's quite a minor accident, but since my sister is turning out to the right..
how did the red car manage to hit the front left side of my sister's car? the bumper and headlamps were scrubbed and dented, plus the foglamp lost.. (i just found it dropped behind the bumper)
my dad tried to negotiate with the guy to fix his own damage, and we fix ours. he refused and wants us to compensate him. thus lodge a police report.
I just came back from KL's Traffic Police Station, filed the report and spoke to the Sargeant. Concluded it was my sister's fault (as expected) and got summoned for RM300. That aside, now risk losing her P-License (1 year of experience only) and that I risk losing my 3x% NCB because the car is under my name.
