how long it takes for a 'beating redlight' summon to get updated?

i was driving leisurely last saturday, then i come to a traffic light, it just turned yellow, and im going at a speed, so im not stopping, but half way through the corner, i saw a camera flash

the situation's like this (btw, camera's facing 7/8 o clock i think, not straight 9 oclock i the one i drawn)

I mentioned 4 weeks for speedtrap summons. Traffic lights summons takes longer as they need to process the film. Some may not even have any film in them, just for show, esp the ones with traffic police handling jam periods.
