Yes, is using bluetooth to communicate with the sensor outside.

Yes, Via app to connect to the sensor. I believe you need OTG to connect to the receiver.

Direct I don't think so. You need the receiver in the end.

how does your play on the screen? is it relayed to your car dash or some external screen/phone screen.

Compatible with Any car android head unit that have OTG support, plug in receive thru USB. Then install app on head unit. Monitor thru there.
