Acne is caused by bacteria, that's all. To solve the problem, you need to learn to manage the bacteria.
Using product only helps to heal & prevent to a certain degree only. Ultimately you need to fix your lifestyle & your environment to reduce the chance of being infected by the bacteria e.g. ensure your clothes are properly cleaned before wearing it, don't wear the same unwashed shirt for few days. Change your bedsheet, towel, pillow case etc regularly. Use a good soap to clear off the bacteria on your skin. |

QUOTE(colourfullife @ Jan 4 2019, 05:19 PM) Recently i noticed my back and chest grows acne or pimple quite often. Worst is that the acne leave spot on my skin. Sometimes it could be due to hormonal changes as you age. Try putting tea tree oil on the acne. Or, try diluting apple cider vinegar and spray on the affected area, let it dry then wash off.Anyone here can recommend me is there any good product for this problem? Thanks in advance. |
