I dun mind to raise some funds for charity clubs by driving riders from PUP to thier designation safe and sound.

But it is a different cerita if I got to pick up some riders and it is a charity ride for them. On monday, i had 2 requests one after another at peak time 8.55am on 1 km SHARE ride with just RM5 fare. And it is at Bangsar Bank Rakyat. I kenot brain any drivers would have pick these riders to lose the opportunity of having TBB. definitely not me where i wont curse and pick up these crappy ride. Let it be known that I am meant what I said where I aint plain generous stupid. I would do it FOC for riders which are blind where they are on my rides. Pelik tapi benar, they have the dignity to pay for thier rides. And one even said keep the change.

And the next ride I picked up after the 30 second pause, I have a ride of Rm15 with Rm5 TBB on the same PUP.

There will be more Lembu MISSteak despite the ugly truth. Dun believe? Just watch the real hot Q at KLIA. I have my usual clients as my wifey is in the real estate bize where she caters many expats. Because of competition and landslide is a boring place to hangout, i drive straight back to KL and find a comfy spot to cari makan and minum. It used to be 500 last year but last week when I was there, the Q was 1700 burgers.

Had morning spin at Mont Kiara but the trips were without TBB in friday rush hours yesterday

Took another spin in the evening and had super fares and many with TBB at Mid Valley to KLCC. Best of all, got a trip back to Desa Parkcity where I ended grabbing riders at 9pm.

It would not to be stressful if you are not chasing to cari makan. Just remember to rest at internals as the medical risk associated with sitting too long can affect the body system especially for rising age from 40 onward. Otherwise, can run into risks from cardiovascular disease like heart failure to stroke. Just shake legs to avoid having blot clot to the heart and brain.

Driving Grab is great for retirees. I am also a retired old mean chef from Hell Kitchen. It is great to pick up hot chicks when you are lonesome. Sumore some might even sit beside you and talk to you while sending them homes or clubbing where you daddy cool get paid. Better than go clubbing being the sugar daddy to pay for thier service to sit beside you. It is genius stout being bull dog from day to day driving for fun.

Being just Canto pop , ask your daddy to just pick up the riders and send them to the designation. Dun have to talk 3 talk 4. Even I am multi lingual, often I play dumb and deaf especially when they call when I am driving. After all, it is traffic offence to talk while driving and run into risk of accident. If they can not wait, they can cancel the rides. If I can not wait , I cancel ride at PUP after 5 minutes to get paid when I get to PUP. Unless the riders are budi, Saya berbahasa in Canto Chow Mein to Nasi Lemak, Italian fettuccine Pasta to Schnauzer hot dogs. Or I serve American Pie to Japanese Sushi or Hokkien Me when I get Wawawee hotties

5 minutes for me to press no show for those who either call or message me at last minutes by saying I am coming down plse wait, blah blah blah..... If they dun respect the drivers time and effort to be there, forget about it. And the worst offenders are those who are in the malls or condo where they are no waiting or parking spaces like KLCC to say they are coming out from shopping or shower. sumore ask for extra minutes.

The only time I would have waited is when they call me the instant I press I have arrived - and I look at the designation they are heading. I dun care if they are going anywhere except to clinic or hospital. I dun mind to wait 10 to 20 minutes because they are being medically compromised. Once I even carried a fainted lady to the clinic and at other time to check in the rider as a patient to ER to get immediate attention for acute cardiovascular condition.

It is my rules of engagement of 5 minutes waiting which is also Grab law and order to get paid without losing your AR. And after 5 minutes, I just love to look at the faces of riders when they get down to see thier rides got cancelled. And I got the comfort of knowing the next driver dun have to wait when they pick up these riders.

As I said it is in accordance to the rules of engagement. the rider should be ready when ordering ride. What more given the grace period of 5 minutes. It is unfair for the driver to be treated with disrespect and waste of time which means ringgit when he is trying to cari makan.

I get satisfaction when I get downgrade with 1 star better than getting full 5 stars from unreasonable riders whims and fancies. . Whenever or if my ratings get below 4.9 , then I will try to charm the riders to rate me favorably to go over 4.99 again.

Just doing my bit to make this world a better place ......

The screw is trying to screw the nut when 6 seaters can only have option of Just Grab or 6 seaters .

( NO PLUS where this means if you are on Just Grab where not only you take a pay cut of 30% but you get Grab Share ) & ( Grab Plus and Grab 6 seaters would not get the Crap Share requests)

Sejarah Hari itu : Had a trip request of Grab Share where it was from Mount Kiara to Puduraya with fare of Rm13 at peak hour 7pm. The journey would have taken at least 30 minutes over the distance of more 10km where I duly cancelled. My meaningful reason being I am not a nut......

Getting a Grab Share is a no TQ job where the riders might get annoyed with other pick ups from other sharing ride, giving you 1 star, Even if no other pickups, what is your expectation from these kind of riders? And what were they thinking when getting Grab share during peak hours where the drivers would be deprive of any chance of time boost? And as the case mentioned above, how many nut drivers would take a job with his 6 seaters cars to get a job with a payout of just Rm13 half hour job where the cost of petrol would be higher in the peanut jam.

Lastly, the cost of owning and to maintain 6 seaters is higher than Just Grab Saga and Plus cars from Honda City to Proton Persona. It takes more gas to move from PUP to drop off.

Then I went for shopping and teh tarik. it was 8.10pm where I got a trip request for less than 2km ride which i completed within less than 3 minutes which the pickup was where I was. The fare was Rm12.

Comparing with 30 minutes or more in peak hours at 7 pm at Rm13 Grab Share, I happily share this story that Charity ride is given to deserving cause which does not cause any losses to the giver and receiver.

Main Causes are to supplement income after thier working hours, And this means spending less time with family and at the expense of lifestyle.

And these are productive effort where it is helping the riders to drive them from PUP to thier designation. while earning the hard earn fares.

It is understood that crappy companies are not taking the drivers 1st and in thier heart of marketing as they feel the number of rides generated is of utmost importance since there can get of cows and bulls to drive for them. This is despite universal the ugly truth that earning compensation is dismal after maintenance and amortization costing over fares collected. Data collected by American analysts pointed out the payout is below minimal wages than MCD servers.

One important factor is the health risk associated with part timer with thier full time job, can takes a toll to thier health eventually. This because with irregular meals, lack of exercise or sleep, increase in physical and mental stress from driving in extra time.

I am surprised why the YB Loke Ministry of Transport is not looking at the figures closely with the Family Ministry , Health Ministry at the welfare of these part time drivers, Why are thier efforts not being recognised and the welfare being ignored ?

And it is unthinkable for Loke to give in to the taxi ASSociation to penalise the part time with extra costly insurance, regulation of attending classes to lesen,car inspection and car labeling. Mother of all horrors to saman and confiscate the cars if the part timers cannot find time to fulfill all the requirement. All in the name of level playing field . This is despite the fact, part timer may be driving couple of hours just to feed the family better with extra income. And it is the blood sweat and tears when they are taking fares from riders.

As I said, the Ministry of Transport, Family to Health should LOKE into the welfare of the rakyat as the industry encompass the whole community across the country.

When you have 200,000 part timers who are being hindered from cari makan to earn extra income, where would the votes go to? 200.000 part timers with the rights to vote with thier spouses and family members would add up to staggering sum of all fears in GE15.

Governments have had been overthrown overnight by angry and hungry voters.

Taxi drivers dun have to declare income as there is no official statement on the fares received, In fact, i dun know of any taxi drivers that declare income unless they needed the documentation for housing or car loan.

It is a different cerita for Grabbers as there is official statement on what was the fares earned with every ride.

Got a ping from red hot map from Imbi to 1 Utama. Fare was 52 with TBB 25.

But from 5 to 6 .15 pm , no ping at all where I wasted gas driving around in red hot map.

Reason are not justified for drivers to wait for riders especially at the no waiting zones at shopping malls or even some condo while some said office blocks.. I would have waited at the lobby instead at the lift when I order my ride. and that is what my kiddies do when they order rides. Not even at the lobby unless it rains dogs and cats ...they would be waiting at the guardhouse.

Those riders who are inconsiderate should be fined for late show up from taking thier time with lift or walking from thier bedroom or bathroom. THEY SHOULD BE AT THE DESIGNATED PICKUP POINT.

Some riders may claim that drivers are nowhere to be found which might be false positive. I have try to pick up riders at Pavillion or some office blocks where I am being shooed away by either cops or guards. To make a round , it probably takes 1/2 hour at Bukit Bintang. Before arrival at PUP , I would be alerting the riders ETA to the pickup spot. When arrive some lame excuses like I am coming , honey after the cashier....or I am going down now waiting for lift and in the restrooms. some dun even to bother to reply.

Any plausible explanation why no boost for 3km pickup which i duly rejected while I accepted the next ride within 1km for Rm5.50 boost along the same route within the same minute?

From 1 U hotspot to BB red spicy evening period , surge demand with no TBB. The got a job where pickup 200 meters got soar high surge and sky high bonus to DPC endzone. Rm70. It took me less than 30 minutes to reach the designation my own zig zag way where I call it a day at 7pm.

Before that in PJ all jobs during lunchtime to peak time only Rm2.00 where some pickups more than 2km.

The story ended with a lucky strike to recoup all the loss of TBB .
