Yes grab doesn't care much about drivers, they even hope you didn't notice it, else they will put a notification upon receiving job just like promo one. They put a notification for promo but not a penalty one, shady move grab.

Deepest condolences to the family.

I can’t deny that Grab really provide us a good platform for us to earn extra income to cover some living expenses but doesn’t mean that Grab or other e-hailing drivers need to sacrifice their own life. Correct me if I’m wrong. What makes me to stop from driving ? Is safety. My mum called me after she heard the news mentioned one Grab driver is missing & get killed in Sabah recently. In my mind, again ? I really have big doubt on Grab on how they resolve their issues. This is not the first case. How many Grab drivers lives need to be sacrifice ? 3 ? 4 ? 5 ? Grab always give a standard answer when things happen 1) Sorry 2) Hi there! The authorities is aware of this issue and certainly there's investigation going on. Kindly rest on this while the enforcement team takes care of this. This is purely to protect and ensure the privacy of the driver's family and loved ones are not interrupted. Your understanding and cooperation in this matter is certainly appreciated. Thank you. What have you implement or changes to ensure the driver safety ? Don’t talk, please walk the talk !! No drivers no profits. Simple as that. Please take care of your drivers out there.

There are no initiatives or a better system enhancement to protect the drivers. For example, Why Grab allow riders to see driver photo while driver can’t. Is it fair ? Sometimes the riders is different from the actual account user. Is it safe ? We as a driver have to take a big risk to earn extra money while there is not much protection from Grab company. Grab always concern about their cancellation rate , driver rate. Yes, we do understand that service quality is very important when serve customers. But sometimes we do not have any option to accept the job and fetch customers to the place that we are not familiar. U know why ? Because we do not want to get banned by Grab because of high cancellation rate. As the result , we are in danger !!! I hope YB @Anthony Loke Siew Fook will step in and look further into this matter and please enforce new rules if necessary in order e-hailing drivers to have better safety protection. Thanks.

The drivers are not considered as their employees. Unfortunately.  LOL.

At the going rate even with driver dropping out after 11th. july maybe banglas, indons and mid-easterner backup driver pool for Grab kut!!  The drivers are lowest on totem pole as I see it.

So Crappy is doing Chow Kit street Petaling Street style in e hailing?

These drivers are contributing EPF, Socso and Income tax to MY country?

Would they promoting MY place of interest or simply in Banglasia style?

If the foreigners are caught engaging in employment or contractual works without official government permit in Indonesia , guess what are fines and jail time for breaking the law?

Why is  MOF and MOT of MY country not looking into this?

The blatant abuse of taking the rice bowls from Malaysians from foreigners not abiding MY laws can simply be ignored just like that?

How many bosses would be OK with the moonlight workers especially if they are caught slacking in thier jobs by being tired, late to come in but punctual in clocking out for rush hours for TBB?

How do you know the ETA before you pick up the rider?

Do you manually enter the drop off and pick up locations to find out the ETA for every trip?

I am asking the other guy.

And I am asking in general, not just SS2 to KLCC. I know many drivers would compare fare vs. ETA and cancel the trips.

High fare surge expected:

many fan boys and fan boys will come to support of grab or Crap. Especially the Recruiters and those working in Grab.

JPJ and APAD can start their enforcement, since it is effective date. A lot of drivers still doing illegally and crap still let them online. Driver and crap has to blame as well
