I think that's for premium car calculation bah, if Perodua Proton car, petrol and maintenance is about RM0.30 per km or slightly more.

The fuel consumption going to be around RM0.20 per km, my friend's wife owned it and she know.

If u intend to use this car to do, think about future maintenance cost, this one come with turbo and require additional cost for maintenance, plus 19 inch tyre is not cheap to replace with.

First time get deaf driver, but his driving still very alert. Doesn't cancel on me and took 20mins to reach my pick up location, tips him RM5 on top of the fare. I hope he can continue driving after July.

then peak hour no need see already, grab price higher with higher amount of drivers on the road, mycar just cannot satisfy customer demand. In recent research it seem Ezcab has higher share than mycar.

i've seen some comparison on off peak hour price, mycar can be more expensive than grab after using the dynamic pricing structure.

CS ini macam pun boleh kah, i did give them 1 star got not helpful enough but did not receive any threatening call.

I think u should forward this case to driver representative and let them liaise with grab top management, this is way too outrageous.

Recently a lot kena because of attitude and speeding issue, is it one sided story i'm not too sure. Last time drive fast kasi warning, now without warning and straight away ban u and ask u to attend class liao.

Still left 2.5 mths, some more near to Hari Raya. I guess a lot of them doing it after Raya, just now talked to a Malay driver and it say it is quite a burden for them with this kind of fare.

I guess u never deal with Uber CS before eh, try dealing with Uber and Grab and u will know the difference in term of CS. In Uber CS was given much more authority to solve issue rather than be like Grab, just forward message and blablabla to relevant department.

i saw that function for 4 stars and below, totally mind blown if they blindly let the system do the work.

Even the cancellation no show also come back to problem, u reach that location and after 5mins, "no show" option is missing, it will only appear at 6th or 7th mins. Try to post something at Rakan Grab Central and ask the issue, the post wasn't approve at all. They just don't want to let u know how the system work exactly.

I've heard there is about more than 1k grab rental driver in the current market, grab already plan this last year to mitigate the losses number amount of driver in upcoming July. Can almost certainly that those rental driver will have priority ping.

Hearsay 20% of rental driver has this problem, car wasn't in good condition upon return, driver will not pay and rather let crap forfeit their deposit. Crap confirm lose hell lot of money by create their own fleet.

Becareful of grabshare job now, in singapore there is rider put 2 person but 1 person hop in, just to ensure they will have one extra space.

Now grabshare can share up to 4 person isn't it, so let say A book 2 person for grabshare ride but 1 person appear, the system will show left 2 seat for either 1 or 2 booking. So if B come in and put 2 person but 1 person hop in, effectively it will only have matching 2 jobs and no seat left, but inside car only have 2 passenger with 0% matching. This is how Singaporean abuse the system.

Since grabshare can go infinity mode, the chances of maximize income is lower.
