Hi sifus. My dad has recently picked up driving grab. He cant read english and seem to struggle on how to use the app. Already made few errors and got complained. He is however very determined to learn. Is there a grab center or help center for step by step guide? I cant ride in the vehicle with him to learn and operate the app when he picks up customer. I called the center and they told me there are no channel to help. He has to learn by himself. Sigh

Already lazy to argue with rider and ask them decide on your own, worse still after 5mins didn't get RM3, i'm really sure the system sure detect as "u didn't put in effort towards pick up point" yada yada reason. I was at Da men and the next job is at Summit, to get into summit parking i have to buta buta pay for the parking just to save that 10mins and the fare is merely RM8 like that. The crappy system of allocation job sometime strike u and u really feel hopeless.

Prior that got one rider also argue with me "where are u", tag damen residence but he is at basement parking, no need to argue with her and take RM3. I already at the stage of numbness to deal with knn rider nowadays.

She say the apps show 18min ! even heavy rain still only take 10-11min to reach

The other guy already said grab drivers don’t read the notes because it’s dangerous so what do you want him to do? Put a big banner in front of his house? Also the other guy already said he should be grateful that there’s any grab willing to drive at all so how dare he complain some more. He should’ve worshipped the grab drivers willing to fetch him.

I agree to his statement to certain extend.

There are some bad drivers around which give grab car a bad reputation. But how about bad riders?

Grab can and should eliminate bad drivers from their platform without doubt. But it has to be fair and transparent to all drivers involved. All complaints receive have to communicate to the concerned drivers at earlier stage for improvement purpose rather than on the advance stage.

In the process of executing discipline action, Grab office have to be 100% sure that they didn’t suspend or ban some of their dedicated good drivers at the same times.

Actually no need to do anything.
Come 12 Jul, there will be a huge dropout of part time drivers.
