May i asked did you finish sent all the required document? Did you manage to get EVP number as well b4 9 Sept?

I asked bcoz i nvr get mine eventhough i submit all my documents long b4 the deadline.

I called crap CE she said must get EVP no. then i can get crdt. KNN CB crap. In the email they send nvr say must wait for APAD to give your car EVP approval b4 deadline then can get d crdt. Fxxk! I even submit everything 2 3 weeks b4 9/9. The EVP application i even sent b4 i take PSV exam which is more than 2months ago. Crap CB dun want to give me my free crdt juz say lar haizzz.

one of the worst day as drivers are plenty and fare is suck, i mean really sucks...

so even free also when home especially haze is around....

I failed the first puspakom check due to this front screen tinted issue. As explained by the puspakom officer. Any tinted to front screen will fail no matter how light it is because with double layer screen having prebuilt tint in between the layers...

So he advised to tear a section of the tint screen and enter the 2nd test the next hour. I passed and after that goto the nearest tint shop and install back. Cost RM100.

Guess that gonna be an annual event for me. Going to tint shop before and after puspakom.

Sohai betul this JPJ/APAD, name also EVP (Electronic Vehicle Permit) and still insist us to print it out, then what is electronic serve for?

Actually he is not wrong eVP stand for electronic vehicle permit if according to official jpj document😜

I went to JPJ this morning. think got 20-30 pax rider plan to complete the AH thingy. Guess what, none of them got through. Here are the stupid hurdles as mentioned by the officer who handles our request;

1. They cant process those with daily insurance. Only annual insurance is accepted - for now.

2. Even if you got EVP, if APAD didn't or haven't updated in the system, JPJ unable to process your AH request.

3. Even if you got Puspakom certified, if PUSPAKOM did not update in the system, JPJ still cannot process your request.

4. Your Puspakom certification is invalid if it was approved more than 30 days ago. Yes, they ask you to redo the Puspakom inspection all over again, since changing code to AH for a car more than 3 years old requires a "fresh" Puspakom inspection. The rationale that they give was this is normal practice for the taxi industry and every request to change code like AH must be accompanied with valid/recent Puspakom approval. Mine was clearly valid till May 2020 but they didn't accept as ask to redo the Puspakom inspection all over again since its already expired.

5. JPJ counters don't even have JPJ-EH1 form. They ask you to print and fill up yourself. Crazy!

That's all for now, I give up and just go back like most of the drivers today. Clearly, this is time-consuming and wastage lots of drivers' money.
If you ask me, I think those who plan to meet up a minister or "mogok" on 10th or 11th (Sorry forgot already) does have a valid point because otherwise, things are just going to get worse from now on.

ps/ Did I mentioned that the update on both APAD/PUSPAKOM is not made automatically? No one knows how long these ppl will take to update the system. SO good luck.

Guys, i am about to renew my motor insurance policy. Some insurance providers have a "ehailing addon". Is this a must to be added to the policy since i am already paying RM1.80 daily insurance.

Guys i was told by JPJ to do puspakom check before i can renew my roadtax . This will be my first time doing puspakom inspection.  I have already made appointment with puspokom online . Any sifu here can guide me  on the steps . Anything that i need to know before send the car for inspection like any documents i need to bring for inspection?

hi guys. my roadtax will be expiring 30th this month. i already purchase insurance & went for PUSPAKOM inspection yesterday. Sadly my car failed the inspection only due to bad breaking lights (one dead, another dimmed) and faulty plate no. lights. I dont know to cry or laugh since I went to mechanic yestetday to change brake pad but did not check tail lights. Sighhh

The only problem now the next available slot for PUSPAKOM inspection is on 1st July. Thus i will not able to renew my roadtax in time. Appreciate if you guys can share your exp either my acc will deactivate permenantly or just temporarily?

p/s: I have email Grab guidance on this, no response.

I have a question. If my roadtax expired on Apr 2021 and i do puspakom inspection Dec 2020, the puspakom approval disc will expired on Apr 2021 as well ?
