I always get system software crash on my ps4 pro.
I have reset my ps4 to factory setting but it still happens.
I can play for a few hours. When i switched it off and turn it on again, blod occurs and i have to update my ps4 on safe mode.
If i ugrapde to ssd, would this settled my problem?

I don’t think so. Need more details on ur problem.  Is it new? If it is maybe send in for warranty check? Did u leave on rest mode and turn off the power switch all the time? If you do this then it will always start in safe mode because even though it’s in rest mode , there are still back end operations happening and it will say it’s not turn off properly if u switch it off while in rest mode.

Not new so warranty expired.
I did not leave it on rest mode.
I only play apex legends and stream videos from neflix etc.
I would assume my hdd is broken and maybe needs to be replaced because of the problem i faced?
