Did you try the Restore License option also?
That usually solve it for me. If need to deactivate account then leceh la like that.

Do you have “/“ in your address? If you do, change it to “-“. That’s what I did last time.

I got this problem around the same time as you.

Called the bank (RHB Debit Card in my case) and turned out they blocked it. I told them to open permanently and thought that was the end of it.

But today it happened again. Called them again and asked why is it blocked when I’ve already requested for permanent unblock. They said it’s standard procedure and added I should call them first before making online purchases in the future.

After I explained that I only use this card for online and always keep a small balance, the staff said she’ll put a remark for my request.

What a hassle.

Maybe the rear clip not secure where you need slide in the rear first before pressing the front part.

Top cover has no screws
