It’s 2019.
So yes. It is.
4K HDR tv can be cheaper than rm3k.
Some purist will say it’s not proper HDR, but it is still better than SDR 1080p TV.

Just take note cheaper 4K tv tend to have latency issues.
So take note if you’re a hardcore fighting games player.

Better TV if you have the space and budget. 49-50" entry level 4K HDR TV is fairly cheap (<2K) but don't expect super performance. Should be good enough though. Got more budget, go for 2-3K range.

Why I ask because, not all PS4 games are hdr enabled. That's why wonder hdr is worth it or not. I checked battlefield V hdr , looks exposure also overblown

PS4 newbie here. Just bought a second hand 500gb PS4 for RM550 including Fifa 2019.

Just a question. How do you register your credit card? I've tried Citibank, Hong Leong Bank and Maybank visa & mastercard. All also unsucessful. Any idea?

Is that fat version? So lucky got that price.

Real CC? I thought it should be easier than using Debit card that required to activate online purchase before use.

It's Malaysian PSN. I think the problem is the address. Do we need to key in our exact address? There actually no option for PJ, Selangor. If select Selangor, its Shah Alam.

Anyway, I just bought PSN card at 7-11 and add some money into my wallet to buy Dragon Age Inquisition. It's on sale for only RM17 which I think its really worth it even though it's not a new game.

Do you have “/“ in your address? If you do, change it to “-“. That’s what I did last time.

I’ve a 1gbps connection with a cat 6 Lan cable to a GigE switch.
While testing shows high speed occasionally (>500mbps)
The actual download speed of games is about 15mbps after a few minutes. I think psn throttles the download speed as well.

Hopefully they’ll fix this with the PS5.
As game size gets larger and with better SSD support.

of course PSN gonna throttle the DL speed, you're not the only one downloading you know.
if there's no throttling, you'll be hogging the bandwidth while others suffers the slow speed wink.gif

and we aren't downloading games all the time anyway, 15mb is good enough for occasional game downloading, and it's more than enough for multiplayer, where latency is more of an issue compared to speed

While that’s true, they can always increase the bandwidth.
Steam is way faster than PSN.

My ps4 has been disconnecting from my unifi recently, like every 5 min or so. I've tried changing channel, mtu, but to no avail. Anyone knows what's wrong with the intermittency? It was fine last week.

Sorry, just got PS4 and now looking at older games. Games opinion.

Mass Effect Andromeda, Watchdog 2 or Far Cry Primal.

Which one is the best?
