Don't fall into the trap. Those accounts are definitely illegal.
Let's put it this way. If want to play console games, kedekut is not an option. If you want to look for any illegal ways in order to play the games you want, then clearly console is not for you. PC is the only way to go (simulator/pirated)..
I am not trying to start a war here. But it is what it is.

QUOTE(Current Events guy @ Aug 18 2020, 06:02 PM) Hey guys, I was hunting for a RM100 top up card today and had to go to 5 7-11s to find one that had a handful of them. Other stores only had the RM250 in stock while one didnt have any at all. Going through this, I was wondering if buying the games online using a credit card account would be easier. How safe is that? There's been some incidents of compromised security in the past. Would I be better off not saving my card details online or does that still expose me to credit card fraud? If you don't feel safe with credit card purchase, you may consider to buy PSN top up online. Shopee got a lot.

QUOTE(Current Events guy @ Aug 19 2020, 02:35 PM) I dont mind paying slightly extra for the peace of mind if I go through shopee or lazada. I usually go to 7 - 11 but I'd rather not buy an RM250 card when I only need RM100 or RM50. I rarely by digital content, most of my games are hard copies, so I'd rather not have a significant sum sitting in the PSN wallet. Oh ya. Did you go to 99 speed Mart? They also sell PSN card.

QUOTE(Sephyr @ Oct 13 2020, 08:30 PM) Hi guys I bought a PS4 controller online but unfortunately it wasn't working properly. It does come with a 1 year official Sony warranty though (I also have the store receipt and everything). Where do I get a replacement for such issue? Can I just go to any Sony Centre? I really don't know because this is the first time I actually have a problem with my controller. I reached out to the online seller but they asked me to try claiming warranty first. Just go to sony service center and claim your warranty. Remember to bring along your receipt as well. Usually they will just give you a new one. Some did mention that it's not new but refurbished. Anyway, still better than a broken one. I also claimed for warranty before for my DS4, and it took about 3-4 days to get the replacement. This post has been edited by Max2006: Oct 14 2020, 11:49 AM

QUOTE(VCTec.h @ Jan 18 2021, 11:12 AM) I want to upgrade my PS4 to an SSD 2TB drive, can anyone suggest how do I go about doing this? Just buy an external ssd and connect it to your PS4. Move your games from PS4 hdd to the external ssd. Done.

QUOTE(greyshadow @ Jan 19 2021, 08:33 AM) the cost/benefit of upgrade your PS4 HDD to 2TB SSD isn't worth it there aren't huge improvement on the PS4 loading time compared to what we see on PC's spinning disk vs SSD PS4's own HW architecture is a bottle neck there IMO, better save up that money to get a PS5 Actually there's significant improvement. I used extend ssd on my ps4 slim and ps4 pro. So I can confirm that. Or course we cannot compared to PC, but it's good enough for console. But I agree with last point. If got budget, just go for PS5. QUOTE(countdracula @ Jul 6 2021, 08:20 PM) WTA Is PS4 Slim good enough for a 27" FHD monitor? Or use for a 27" 1440p monitor? If anyone of you got experience or knowledge pls share. My 24" Benq monitor has 4 sec intermittent quick dimming. Tq fhd monitor. PS4 slim max resolution is 1080p.

QUOTE(XeactorZ @ Jul 6 2021, 11:09 PM) If you buy 27" is better to get QHD / 1440p If you are planning to upgrade to PS4 pro/PS5 in future, yes. If not, then no. The image quality will become blurred if you play 1080p games on 1440p screen. This post has been edited by Max2006: Jul 7 2021, 12:22 AM

QUOTE(countdracula @ Feb 19 2022, 08:58 PM) Thx. Will check out the BenQ monitor, my existing monitor also BenQ. Im also looking at Dell. Throughout all these years, I only bought from these 2 brands BenQ is good for it's eye care feature. Since it's VA panel, I can't say whether the pic color is good (since most people said IPS panel is better). But I feel comfortable with the color on this monitor.

QUOTE(nyunyu @ Apr 30 2022, 02:00 PM) On paper yes SSD would be more beneficial BUT if I not mistaken PS4 fat has slow SATA II controller in which won't be fully utilise the SSD higher speed? Yes, it won't be fully utilized. But still, it will improve the load time in big margin. If you have plenty of free time, you can also migrate the whole ps4 system into the SSD. You will discover a brand new world.
