Depend on your budget really. My PS4 is the FAT version (same as yours). I swapped out the original 500gb toshiba hdd to a 1tb seagate SSHDD. I later swapped that out for a 1tb samsung ssd (so i don't get unreadable issues). So it's all up to you. If you still intend to hold on to your ps4 for a long time, go for an ssd. Who knows you might get lucky with the 3.3 sale today on shopee and lazada.

Hi guys, im new in this ps4 console. Borrowed it from my brother cos he didnt play it much. My version is the ps4 fat.

If i buy cd games, do i still need to install the game on ps4? I only have 500gb storage. So little, not many games can install. Or i just need to buy external storage?

U need to install to the hdd then run from the cd. Software patches need to download. 500gb is enough for many games from the start, u shouldn't be worry about this at this stage

will my main account get banned if i do this?

Between family members is OK, as it is very unlikely a legitimate scenario that multiple persons are able to set that 1 single ID as the primary account on multiple consoles within a short periods of time for the purpose of sharing game rights to other user profiles.

But not with strangers sells games through used accounts, which is abusable by the seller and other buyers.

I always get system software crash on my ps4 pro.
I have reset my ps4 to factory setting but it still happens.
I can play for a few hours. When i switched it off and turn it on again, blod occurs and i have to update my ps4 on safe mode.
If i ugrapde to ssd, would this settled my problem?

I don’t think so. Need more details on ur problem. Is it new? If it is maybe send in for warranty check? Did u leave on rest mode and turn off the power switch all the time? If you do this then it will always start in safe mode because even though it’s in rest mode , there are still back end operations happening and it will say it’s not turn off properly if u switch it off while in rest mode.
