Meanwhile try to do the following:
1. Avoid heavy meal
2. Cut down spicy and irritating foods
3. Eat slowly (give your foods a fair amount of chewing and bite)
4. Take digestive enzymes and probiotic

Unloading your waste 3 times a day seems okay as long as you don't force it and they are not watery
