Hi Guy, anyone know if there any TV box installed APP which can be used as a karaoke machine without needing to spend 4-5k on actual karaoke machines.

i bought the audio mixer from lelong RM1xx

just link the audio output to your hifi setup...

my sony home theatre got mic slot but only can output sound from one source only. cant mix it

alternatively u can always download regular karaoke song manually and load into your android box and play it using vlc media player or similar apps

unless yr amplifier has a built in mixer, u gotta have a mixer for it to work.

the mic only gives u voice thru amp; u need mixer to combine the music audio and mic before going into amp.

note u can find limitless karaoke songs on youtube, but may not be categorized or listed to your liking.

Yes, i just got another EvPAD3 for my parents as well. I've spent thousands of ringgit on many other rubbish TV box, so far EVPAD3 is the best.

In fact I did, I recommend getting real karaoke speaker set (mic+speaker+amp) which supports bluetooth to connect to TV box.

I have used panasonic and sharp boombox which is bad in echo (echo is too artificial). The boombox are nice for music and movies, but not for karaoke singing. Don't waste money on boombox.
