I guess a few:
1. You learn to play piano, you can play organ or any keyboard instruments, you play organ, you are not trained to play piano.
2. Digital piano taking over Organ roles. I have a Digital piano myself. Computers + software + MIDI keyboards can also take over, more flexible to upgrade, cheaper price. Almost everyone already has a laptop/PC at home. Most home got > 1 PC/laptop.
3. You got see Organ in Ochestra Symphonies or not?
Considering the electone requires 4 actively moving limbs, I would argue that it’s not at all comparable to playing1. You learn to play piano, you can play organ or any keyboard instruments, you play organ, you are not trained to play piano.

piano, and demands a greater level of hand/foot independence.
DAWs are not the issue. Orchestral roles are not the issue either.
The issue is that there is just not enough appreciation for music that uses organs, and not enough good teachers/players to help inspire more appreciation.
