sertraline or other selective serotonin reuptake ihibitors (SSRI) etc are usually prescription drugs but in some pharmacies that are not strict, u can get them without papers, especially sertraline. it is relatively safe compared to say amitriptyline.


do consult a qualified neurologist, also check your sodium level after taking for a week if they prescribe sertraline to u
