I am using a samsung S4 with the lollipop OS (no root).
A couple of days ago, I saw this message when I restarted my phone » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « I pressed Volume Down, but I was not able to restart my phone. After looking up tips online, I had to press Volume UP + Home + Power button to restart my phone, but now I have a sign on my screen saying it is running in 'Safe mode'. In Safe mode, I noticed that apps will not work. I am not sure what is causing this. Would fixing the Volume Down button help? |
