Could I change to digi 28 prepaid?

Is all digi live eligible to subscribe digi28 which has
1) 2gb weekend 2 gb weekday
2) free 1gb everyday from 12am - 12pm
3) Unlimited calls

But why some seller in Lazada is selling that plan? Wonder I can get immediately from digi store nearby me instead of buy from Lazada that need few days for delivery.

Thanks for all the replies. Maybe I should really try out to buy a sim pack. Just spend rm8 to see those simpack (digi live) I buy can subscribe to rm28 plan with those features I want.

I bought the shopee voucher from digi app, but unfortunately, when I used in shopee for buying top up reload, the voucher is not usable.
