Not true. You can change back and forth. Done few times dy. You can only do this at Digi Store shop or Digi Center. The Digi Express shop cannot do prepaid to postpaid.

The new digi app is just bug ridden. Sometimes, it works and sometimes it just hangs and need to refresh multiple times. What kind of testing have they done before releasing it?!

I have 3 lines under my name. Previously, with the old digi app my individual lines login with their own phone number they can ONLY see their own info. And if I login with my e-mail id, I can see all the 3 lines. That was working correctly. NOW, the new digi app, when you login with any of the number, you can see all other lines. This is a security issue. Now, I have NO control over who can see and who cannot see. I called the CS and they said 'this is our new digi app feature / functionality'... what a load of crap / BS! Why fix something that is NOT broken in the first place. Also, I cannot register the new digi app with my original phone number / email id. I am not using all 3 lines. The other 2 lines are for my family members and they are NOT supposed to see other lines. Otherwise they will mess up the other lines settings and prepaid packages.

The digi CS have acknowledged this is an issue with the new app when i reported this earlier. And they said they can't do anything at moment to fix this as they said it's the new app functionality. Prrfffh.

In my case, this method doesn't work. Tried various ways dy.
