Hello, digi offered me digi rm1 unlimited. Im currently subscribed to rm40 monthly internet. If i buy the rm1, will it cancel the monthly, or the rm1 unlimited will be considered as an add on?

I noticed internet very slow from 7pm to 10pm everyday. Where can i make a complain? Email or mydigi? Which one is faster?

I can only use it at other times, early morning, evening and after 11pm.

I have celcom number before but then i ported to digi. I really enjoy unlimited rm1 daily which allow me to watch youtube without worrying how much quota i have left.
Maxis network at the other hand is very poor in the term of signal.
