Yes, we are still giving our feedback and if you guys have any issue with the new app, then just let me know. I will see what I can do for you all. smile.gif

Merchants such as Tealive and 99 speedmart unable to scan the barcodes for vouchers I purchased through MyDigi. I noticed the spacing in between the lines are bigger in the updated apps. In the end, they need to key in the numbers manually, causing long delay in transaction.

MyDigi apps version 8 is very unstable. Frequently unable to load, imagine if you have purchased the vouchers, and at the moment you're going to use them..... the apps kept popping the message 'in maintenance mode'..... and we can't used the vouchers....

Is all rewards also need deduction from reload and promo credit?

I clicked the Kenny Rogers 10.99 lite meal, but no deduction of anything

Super strange

I just checked. It's a 'Get' voucher, meaning that you should show that e voucher upon ordering and make your own payment out of your pocket, hence no deduction from your credit. It's different from 'CASH Voucher' with value deducted from our Digi credit.

The important question is: can use to top-up or not?

The best answer would be: no harm in trying out on your own.
