Anyone facing this problem currently now? Can't login to the new app

Update: After i force close the app and reopen the app, it was still unstable sometime with the wheel circling. Had to log out and login again, only now app works fine.

How can digi force this new app on us when the app is still unstable 😡

The same message appears again. Had to uninstall and reinstall. After reinstall from playstore, realise app is back to old version. I think I'll stick to old version as it is much more stable.

How do I prevent mydigi app from automatically updating itself in future?

But in the playstore settings if i select the option do not auto update, all my other apps will not auto update as well.

How to control only mydigi app does not auto update?

That's what happens to me. Better uninstall and reinstall the old version 7 from playstore

Yeah i agree wt you totally. Apps not tested properly and yet released to users with plenty of bugs. And on your second point that our supplementary able to see all the other lines info, that is a real security breach. Digi must stop pushing this new app to users until all above are fix.

In the meantime, you can do what i did. Uninstall the new app and reinstall mydigi app from playstore. As of yesterday, its still the old version 7 in playstore but dunno about today. After installing the old app, don't forget to untick the auto update feature in the digi app. Read my previous post to understand.

Yes I've Amb 0 on another number. Didn't realize it had that option including an option RM10 for 200 mins call to all network. Thanks for the tip. Only problem now is dunno whether i can swap my main line into this Amb 0 plan.

Looks like the RM15/month plan will not trigger the "RM9 unlimited call to all networks" offer as mentioned by brother @V3000

I was hoping to subscribe to the RM15/month plan + RM9 unlimited call to all networks (total RM24/month) as i don't use more than 2gb per mth but tend to make more calls. I don't want to go for the postpaid RM38 per month plan as offered in mydigi apps as it is more costlier and there is too much data for me. I wonder if Digi has any cheaper plans than above based on my monthly usage?
