QUOTE(Aspick @ Mar 7 2019, 06:36 PM) Anyone facing this problem currently now? Can't login to the new app The same message appears again. Had to uninstall and reinstall. After reinstall from playstore, realise app is back to old version. I think I'll stick to old version as it is much more stable. ![]() Update: After i force close the app and reopen the app, it was still unstable sometime with the wheel circling. QUOTE(alexanderclz @ Mar 8 2019, 10:31 PM) @PJng gave the solutionQUOTE(enkil @ Mar 8 2019, 10:38 PM) New mydigi app ver 8.0 not stable on my huawei phoneQUOTE(Kcee @ Mar 8 2019, 10:52 PM) MyDigi apps version 8 is very unstable. Frequently unable to load, imagine if you have purchased the vouchers, and at the moment you're going to use them..... the apps kept popping the message 'in maintenance mode'..... and we can't used the vouchers.... That's what happens to me. Better uninstall and reinstall the old version 7 from playstoreQUOTE(PJng @ Mar 8 2019, 11:40 PM) Thanks man. Solved my problem |

QUOTE(chkwong @ Mar 9 2019, 10:20 AM) The new digi app is just bug ridden. Sometimes, it works and sometimes it just hangs and need to refresh multiple times. What kind of testing have they done before releasing it?! Yeah i agree wt you totally. Apps not tested properly and yet released to users with plenty of bugs. And on your second point that our supplementary able to see all the other lines info, that is a real security breach. Digi must stop pushing this new app to users until all above are fix. I have 3 lines under my name. Previously, with the old digi app my individual lines login with their own phone number they can ONLY see their own info. And if I login with my e-mail id, I can see all the 3 lines. That was working correctly. NOW, the new digi app, when you login with any of the number, you can see all other lines. This is a security issue. Now, I have NO control over who can see and who cannot see. I called the CS and they said 'this is our new digi app feature / functionality'... what a load of crap / BS! Why fix something that is NOT broken in the first place. Also, I cannot register the new digi app with my original phone number / email id. Another bug here. !@#$. In the meantime, you can do what i did. Uninstall the new app and reinstall mydigi app from playstore. As of yesterday, its still the old version 7 in playstore but dunno about today. After installing the old app, don't forget to untick the auto update feature in the digi app. Read my previous post to understand. |

QUOTE(Chrono-Trigger @ Mar 17 2019, 01:20 PM) Thanks for the reply. Can you or anyone here confirm whether subscribing the add-on one time pass of 2gb + Unlimited social as shown here will trigger the RM9 for unlimited call per month to appear? ![]() This post has been edited by Aspick: Mar 17 2019, 02:18 PM |

QUOTE(V3000 @ Mar 17 2019, 02:59 PM) Do you have Amb 0 plan with you? With RM18 you can have 'Unlimited Local Calls' without any internet plan subcription. Yes I've Amb 0 on another number. Didn't realize it had that option including an option RM10 for 200 mins call to all network. Thanks for the tip. Only problem now is dunno whether i can swap my main line into this Amb 0 plan. Btw, fyi RM15 plan above wont 'Trigger' RM9 unlimited local calls. QUOTE(joshhd @ Mar 17 2019, 05:03 PM) Whether the "RM9 unlimited calls to all networks" will be made available to you upon subscribing RM15/month plan or not, I don't know. Looks like the RM15/month plan will not trigger the "RM9 unlimited call to all networks" offer as mentioned by brother @V3000But I can tell you is, once I subscribed biGBonus 30 or the previous Kaki Social 30 (RM30/month), the "RM9 unlimited calls to all networks" plan becomes available for me to subscribe. Previously when I am not subscribe to any data plans, the RM9 unlimited calls plan did not appear in MyDigi app at all. I was hoping to subscribe to the RM15/month plan + RM9 unlimited call to all networks (total RM24/month) as i don't use more than 2gb per mth but tend to make more calls. I don't want to go for the postpaid RM38 per month plan as offered in mydigi apps as it is more costlier and there is too much data for me. I wonder if Digi has any cheaper plans than above based on my monthly usage? |

QUOTE(V3000 @ Mar 18 2019, 09:23 AM) Wow thanks for the info. Looks like Digi seems to favour prepaid users more than their postpaid users. QUOTE(saitong09 @ Mar 18 2019, 09:25 AM) If i go for this plan, I'm pretty sure I can hit their 100GB limit in less than 100 days. 😄 |
