For what it's worth, if your data usage does not reach the allocated amount and it has been rollover to the following month, it is likely that you don't need that much data to begin with.

However, the rollover data is a good strategy to persuade customer to pay a fixed amount of money to Digi every month.

Only reloads using MyDigi app get reward points.

Why not message and explain to them? If they're willing to return the sum to you, they'd have found a way to do it. Will Digi actually do the reversal for you?

DiGi friends and family is stuck with you even if u change your plan and your previous FnF number is removed. Anyone experienced this ? wonder if i could complain to MCMC on this

below is my case:
I was a DiGi prepaid user with added 3 FnF with my number before the year of 2017.
In 2017 i changed my DiGi to postpaid with a device plan, hence my FnF is removed.
Yesterday i switch back to DiGi prepaid as my postpaid contract ended, and i try to add FnF for my 1000 minutes free call. It is all fine until the 4th number. A pop up message saying ill be charged RM10 for my 4th FnF number, i though there a mistake somewhere i ended up calling DiGi and they explain that I have used up my 3 slot last time.
I ask them to give me back my the number that i have added previously or give me back my 3 slot and the support just tell me this is how is it. 
This is just unfair treatment. I have filed a complain with DiGi they say will call me in 24 hours.

This treatment is so unjust

Dear all, it's time for me to reload my Digi Best. I noticed a lot has changed since I last purchased reload from Lzd and Shopee.

Lazada: how come there are people selling at higher reload value? I might as well reload at Digi official store or MyDigi app, right? The Lzd shop I used to reload is no longer there, Wisepay or something like that.

Normally you can get on postpaid by applying online, but Digi will reject your application to switch to postpaid anyway, since your line is already terminated.

Ops, then it's just something to attract people jump ship.

I have a Digi Best Prepaid V4 that I keep just for Bank Tac, usually reload every 75 days.

A. The grace period for termination is still 75 days from expired of validity right?

B. should i still keep this plan or port it to something else with longer validity like onexox? My purpose just for receiving banking Tac.

Reload RM 5 and deduct RM 1 every 75 days. That RM 5 will last you more than a year.

Do you mean I can tap into Hash 128 and subscribe a rm1 validity by cutting from my own credit despite the current status being Barred/validity expired?
I think years ago i tried something of that sort and seems unable to and had to get someone to transfer rm1 to me.
