For what it's worth, if your data usage does not reach the allocated amount and it has been rollover to the following month, it is likely that you don't need that much data to begin with.

However, the rollover data is a good strategy to persuade customer to pay a fixed amount of money to Digi every month.

that true

Only reloads using MyDigi app get reward points.
*
Hmm iinm should be all types of reload.

My prepaid shows 105 points now and here is my topup history.

UMB topup is from Lazada and flexi reload from RazerPay.
Points quite tally as this is just my backup line i dont monitor.

You reloaded a lot, maybe should consider postpaid?
*
nah....I got 5 prepaid numbers for buying vouchers one, and also if got cheap reload..
Initially i planned to buy cheap reload and then convert the prepaid to postpaid so the balance may be carried forward to my main postpaid, and cancel/port-out the converted prepaid.
Since postpaid cant get cheap reload so that is one of the hack..

But there was so many cheap reload back then and the 5 simcards accumulated to RM300 credit per simcards.

And now vouchers are not so attractive anymore. Previously most attractive voucher was GSC voucher for resell (could earn RM8-RM12/tickets)

Have been looking around the MyDigi app and can't find the option to transfer credit.

This feature is not available from the app? We can only do it via USSD? sad.gif
*
I noticed that too.

And Postpaid can no longer topup/pay for another postpaid and/or prepaid number.

Btw is there any ways to check whether a prepaid number is really active or not?
Because i accidentally topup wrong number. Been calling the number for days but only get "hello the number you call ins unavailable".

Called Digi they said the number is active.
If inactive they should able to revers or something right?

Actually not first time d....previous time RM100 pain man..now RM50

Thank you!  rclxms.gif
That's a good one!  laugh.gif

And yes, I remember it's "somewhere weird" but just couldn't find where. I could've not thought a place that weird.  biggrin.gif
Why not message and explain to them? If they're willing to return the sum to you, they'd have found a way to do it. Will Digi actually do the reversal for you?
*
Already called and msg but no reply thats why i think its not active contra to what digi says

DiGi friends and family is stuck with you even if u change your plan and your previous FnF number is removed. Anyone experienced this ? wonder if i could complain to MCMC on this

below is my case:
I was a DiGi prepaid user with added 3 FnF with my number before the year of 2017.
In 2017 i changed my DiGi to postpaid with a device plan, hence my FnF is removed.
Yesterday i switch back to DiGi prepaid as my postpaid contract ended, and i try to add FnF for my 1000 minutes free call. It is all fine until the 4th number. A pop up message saying ill be charged RM10 for my 4th FnF number, i though there a mistake somewhere i ended up calling DiGi and they explain that I have used up my 3 slot last time.
I ask them to give me back my the number that i have added previously or give me back my 3 slot and the support just tell me this is how is it.  mad.gif
This is just unfair treatment. I have filed a complain with DiGi they say will call me in 24 hours.

This treatment is so unjust  mad.gif
*
hmmm looks like its in the grey area.
Since nowadays comverting postpaid to prepaid and vice-versa is so easy, one can simply do the switch and avoid the fee.

Well i have another trick for u, just transfer ownership to another person. that should reset the FnF

ic ... any freezing period before i can get it transfer back? and my prepaid credit will be remained or gone ?
*
im not sure that will work or not but its a much stronger point since its a totally different owner d..

Prepaid credit as i asked before will be remained, but better u get written black & white from them as we all know different cs gives different answer.

Dear all, it's time for me to reload my Digi Best. I noticed a lot has changed since I last purchased reload from Lzd and Shopee.

Lazada: how come there are people selling at higher reload value? I might as well reload at Digi official store or MyDigi app, right? The Lzd shop I used to reload is no longer there, Wisepay or something like that.
[attachmentid=10260497]

Sho p ee:
Why do the seller need to mosaic the logo of digi?
[attachmentid=10260498]

May I know how you guys reload now? It seems that not many dealers are doing reloading for Digi now.
*
They can sell higher at Lazada because they put different category thus allowing buyers to use voucher.
Im still amazed Lazada have not taken actions against these sellers.

As for Shopee they have to seller lower price because they are more strict (currently) than Lazada. Perhaps its easier because anyone can report the listing (unlike lazada no report button) and shopee take actiom quite fast.
And the reason Digi logo got mosaic because Digi is Mall Seller there so Shopee has to bow to them by disallow other sellers selling Digi topup.

Hi everyone, I got an issue. Wish anyone can help me out. My prepaid number got terminated due to I forgot to reload. Is there anyway that I can get the number back? I am away till Sept. Much appreciate if anyone can help me out.
*
You may try to subscribe as postpaid but definitely may not get back as prepaid, however you can always jump to other telco as prepaid and jump back

How to subscribe to postpaid as I am not in Malaysia?
*
Can ask your family help. Since the number is now "not owned" by anyone so anyone can just go take it.

QUOTE(tympg @ Jun 20 2019, 12:43 PM)
Normally you can get on postpaid by applying online, but Digi will reject your application to switch to postpaid anyway, since your line is already terminated.
*
If you mean switch from prepaid to postpaid via online, that definitely cannot because already terminated.

The only solution is walk-in to Digi Centre to subscribe postpaid.

I have a Digi Best Prepaid V4 that I keep just for Bank Tac, usually reload every 75 days.

A. The grace period for termination is still 75 days from expired of validity right?

B. should i still keep this plan or port it to something else with longer validity like onexox? My purpose just for receiving banking Tac.
*
Why dont u change the number? Assuming if u have another Malaysian number.

Reload RM 5 and deduct RM 1 every 75 days. That RM 5 will last you more than a year.
*
QUOTE(surianti @ Jun 29 2019, 01:09 PM)
Do you mean I can tap into Hash 128 and subscribe a rm1 validity by cutting from my own credit despite the current status being Barred/validity expired?
I think years ago i tried something of that sort and seems unable to and had to get someone to transfer rm1 to me.
*
I believe what she meant is pay RM1 to extend validity for 1 day. Then grace period 75 days.
