Agree with you. I have 5 lines under my name. One of them is used by my daughter. The old MyDiGi is perfect as she can login using her number/TAC and only see her line. She has a limited budget and I wouldn't want her or anyone with access to her phone to mess with my other 4 lines. This feature is quite handy to the parents of someone who's too young to have ownership of the number.

- Registered with my primary email address that's on-file with DiGi and one of my numbers. I see all numbers registered to my IC. (did this when the new app came out a few days ago)
- Registered with new email and one of the other numbers, I see only details for that one number and not the others.

One feedback to the dev team. Email addresses with + in it are not accepted during MyDiGi registration. With Gmail the plus sign creates kind of an alias. So I can use, for example:
soonwai@gmail.com (for my main number)
soonwai+9292@gmail.com (for other numbers)
soonwai+8822@gmail.com

All 3 email addresses goes to soonwai@gmail.com so I don't have to create multiple emails to register with MyDiGi. RFC 3696 says ok for the character "+", among others, to be used in an email address.

The one in Gardens is run by Digi. The others are dealers, Digi Express. The dealers all won’t help one if there’s no money for them. Not sure about the Roti Boy one but probably is a dealer.

Should be can. I used up all mine already so can't test right now but some I used in mobile app and some on desktop PC.

And a lot of hidden and not-so-hidden GPS trackers will also stop working.

Just bad luck, I guess. So far I've used 23 of em with no probs. Can't they just write down the reward code? Or perhaps the system validates the codes. Maybe that's why they need it to be online.

Cause the app uses data. If no data, the app won't be able to connect to the server.
Why not WiFi?

I can check. I still have the old app and all of my Digi Prepaid have no data except 2 on IDDIC.

Update
Old app and on a number with no data, other than 2.5GB Video and Music Freedom, I can get up to the part where it tells me I have insufficient balance to purchase the RM30 package.
WiFi is off, of course.

New app, wifi off, number with basic data. With patience, I can get up to the part where it tells me I have insufficient balance to purchase the RM30 package.

Old app is much faster when there's little or no data. Solution is to use the old app instead of the new app. Or reinstall it if you already upgraded.

I see. I didn’t realize it was supposed to work like that. Anyway I’m not really a good use case for Digi prepaid. Most of the time I open the MyDigi app on me Maxis phone which has plenty of data or is on WiFi.
