Can you tell them the autorefresh feature of Digi iOS app is super irritating?

Everything when I open the apps, even though it's in the background, the app will refresh itself and took 4-5 seconds to load before displaying anything.

Really dislike the new app, thinking of porting out to Maxis.

Previous version it refreshes not so often and only happens when it’s not running in background. This version happens every time when i click on the app

I thought as much.

Swipe left and right within a small screen to assess information sweat.gif

I think they try to put in too much animations, and that slows down the loading time along with it.

hi, do you guys encounter this problem with Digi calls recently?

- phone out of coverage, or turned off
- someone tries to call the number - normal ringing tone, not "the number you call is not available?"

Try turn off your number and call it from other people's phone.

Internet rollover for continual subscription of monthly internet plan. Sweet. Rollover about 4GB from last month 😁😁😁

Hi any update on the issue of RM9 unlimited calls not reflected in Digi Apps?

The problem with this add-on is, when it expires, no sms was sent to inform me. So credit will be deducted instead , charged at 30sen/60 seconds call. I burned few bucks due to this.
