This month whatever credit i top up and spent, was not added to the MyDigi rewards point. Anyone having the same problem?

I asked my Digi contacts before, they said if only done via MyDigi app are counted. I don't recall I get any point with JomPay, so I switched to payment via MyDigi app now and got my points. I could be wrong but this is what being told to me.
