Lost SIM, yes. But change from micro to nano is free. At least it was for me at DiGi Store C180. But this was awhile back. Maybe early last year or the year before that. This was before they had the kiosk.

Hey guys quick question, a friend has "overdue amount exists" error she claimed that when she was 18 or 19 she signed up for the maxis broadband (comes with wifi router) package but she wasn't given any of the router or any sim card and she used 0 data and didn't make any phone calls but few months later she was sent with a massive bill asking her to pay rm400+/- she refused to pay it claiming that she did not use any service and if she even used 1kb of data or even 1mili second of phone call she'd pay it they checked the system said nothing was used and she refused to pay that bill, now she wants to sign up for digi but gets this error is there anywhere she can sign up for post paid or is she screwed?
