Just complain back to Digi. They will refund back the amount. If they are too slow to reply, escalate to MCMC. I got this issue previously on Digi broadband.
Ya, what a problem to customer while this is not customer problem..digi should have improved this if there are customer feedback on their so call Authorization via TAC is not working properly.Hope Digi will have people here see all these feedbacks to their technical team for good.
