It wasn't there previously, but now I've both.

A Best Prepaid v4 also has IDDIC, but no FBI. Neither then nor now. blink.gif

Can't remember exactly where... and now that you've mentioned, there might be a slight possibility it's USSD though I hardly used that ever since I started using the app...

On the hind side, will be good if they've such features/options in the new app, which will further minimize us having to go via USSD. icon_rolleyes.gif

Last month or so, Digi told me that I could change a Prepaid Live plan to Prepaid Best. When I checked my Prepaid Best, I saw Prepaid Live and the 28 plan options.

Yesterday when I checked again, there's no option to change Prepaid Best anymore. Has there been a change to their policies lately?

On my Android phone, I haven't noticed any significant difference in the loading speed between the old and new app.

Tried it on my iPhone X and it's pretty fast, to be honest. Even when I killed the app, which I've a habit of doing. And thanks to the urge to try, I just noticed a 7-day 1GB FOC BoS and grabbed it. tongue.gif

Does Digi Best 2017 still have cheaper call rates to 20 KAWAN numbers (10 Digi + 10 non-Digi)?

If so, where do we enter the numbers? The same ones as My Favorites?

When I did it the other time on my Androids, it's the password chosen, from what I saw (might or might not have been wrong since I wasn't using my glasses). Password needs (at least) a symbol, capital letter, and 8 digits minimum... ohmy.gif

I'd try to get customer service to help me unsubscribe before I reload, because I think there's a risk.

As far as I can remember, Digi (and the old Tron) once I unsubscribed the data package, I couldn't access data anymore. Whereas the likes of Celcom prepaid and OneXOX I still could.

I personally feel from what I've been reading these past few days, Digi released this app without completing what they're intending to do. So there are still some features that were in the old app but not added into this new app, before they released it, making us wonder if they've removed such features/options...

I'm still having the new version in my Android phones. About 9pm or so just now, used one phone to help my friend set up his new password and also check the contents and offers.

No lag, and all went smoothly.
