If u kept your receipt u may try to claim back. Even if no receipt also can try ask they should have record in system reason sim faulty.

Just that now the machine also can do card replacement (regardless of reason) and much faster compared to queue to counter. Only that its chargeable.

I can see only 10 location now for RM4.99 PH

seems digi app only  show the 10 nearest location . No good. if u want to find other location, how?

I see their online menu price, real.expensive. not yet even add 16% service and tax.

Well, for the price and the food quality, I think really not worth. I hardly eat at there. Maybe because I used to eat at MV branch, not that good. Colleagues and I will never choose them unless we really have no choice.
