Nah...its still the same.
Just that now the machine also can do card replacement (regardless of reason) and much faster compared to queue to counter. Only that its chargeable.

I didnt paid when i get my sim changed, its not even faulty just from big size to smaller size.

Well at first they also ask me to go machine i said no need i want to go counter because dont want get charged. So i went and told the counter i want to change simcard to smaller card and CS says will get charged. So i said Maxis gave free why are you charging?
Then i said in that case i just change postpaid to prepaid as i thought can get simcard but CS says change to prepaid no need change simcard.
Then CS say nvm keep postpaid and give free replacement sim and done.

2 simcards btw, that would costs me RM20 if do at machine.
