This is what happens when they want to keep everything secretive. No details on their public web pages. I'm not surprised if the person who wrote to me just verbally asked their colleagues about the 28 plan.

Every time a call is diverted from phone no. ABC to phone no. XYZ it is considered a call from ABC to XYZ. But if ABC is under an unlimited call plan then no further charge is issued.

Setting up call divert is FOC itself.

The yellow voucher is actually the general release voucher. Anyone can use.

The gold and platinum vouchers are "pre-sale" vouchers exclusive to gold and platinum users respectively. However, this month Digi has let everyone use the "pre-sale" vouchers.

One line in my household (not my line) behaves strangely. When I top up this line, there is no SMS notifying the successful reload. But when I check the credit amount, the transaction has already gone through, silently. All the other Digi prepaid accounts I have, do have notifications when a topup is performed. I wonder why that particular account (Best v4) does not have reload notification.

I think you mean Postpaid 38.

I'm not sure the exact procedure, but once everything is confirmed, the change should be immediate.

What-lah. MyDigi app says no minimum spend, but when I try to buy something at RM50-something it says this is only valid for RM100 minimum purchase. And no, topup not claimable.
