Maybe there's someone in Digi who thinks like you: Users are deliberately going inactive to collect benefits, therefore Digi has to make that happen less often...

I'm a low spender. Right now my mainline is inactive as I'm burning off excess credit in my other prepaid. I don't organise my phone usage around getting rewards, but if there are freebies I can use (like the Lazada topup loophole) why not take advantage.

I don't think they're sufficiently motivated to improve highway coverage. Every cell tower costs money and if they can get away with not putting more base stations they will not do so.

I tried adding my CC details into the MyDigi app. It failed on Saturday but succeeded today. Not sure if the problem was with Digi's end or the bank's end.

You could use the 3-day package (2GB + 30 mins @ RM25 for most countries) instead, so 3-day x 2 = RM50

That's what Roam Like Home Monthly is for. But you can see sometimes the timing is a bit awkward.

You can try to ask them at the Digi Store whether you can port directly into Monthly Plan 28 or need to port in to Prepaid Live first and then use the USSD menu to change to Monthly Plan 28.

If you port online, you probably need to port to Prepaid Live first.

I believe converting from Live to 28 will cost you RM28.

On the Yoodo end, just make sure your line is active.
