Saman expired road tax, Wta

Wta.. yesterday i got saman roadtax expired, was driving my sister’s car.
Can i pay kompaun? Or do i need to go to mahkamah for rayuan? And does my sister (car owner) kena juga? At the same time I have not renewed my license. Lucky the police didnt saman that too. Can i renew today? |

If its just a kompaun from traffic, then you can just pay the saman. No need to wait to go to court.

Depend la who summon, if JPJ saman I kena last time cannot compaun. Go court have to pay FOUR penalty!! Driving without roadtax, doesn't display roadtax, my brother (owner of vehicle) let me driving without roadtax, my brother let me driving without display roadtax.

If jpj officer in bad mode, you going home jalan kaki - kenderaan di sita. need owner take back the car. police roadblock depend of what ops. sometime it not about trafic. police have many thing to do than jpj. |

It was Polis summons, it states on the summons to go to Jln Duta Court on 1/2.At the bottom the officer didnt cross boleh/tidak boleh dikompaun so im quite confused this is my first one. If possible i want to pay straight away |

Normally will have to pay two summons. One for expired roadtax and one more for no insurance
