If you have red on-site installation checklist & achnowledgement form given by the installer, look for Customer IDNow once you know you customer ID, the PPPOe username will be Customer ID@public.maxis.com.my or @home.maxis.com.my, Your password is CustomerID1(add 1 to customer ID.
