I doubt they have halal Sijil from our beloved jakim

Applying some common sense though:

Indian mainstream cooking doesn't use pork or pork byproducts

Almost all meat for commercial purpose in Malaysia these days is slaughtered halal way

But I guess your tiny kucing brain cannot process all this, so go kedai tomyam lampu warna warni  jer pls

AFAIK the halal concept does not go that way. not that simple

if the utensil, or cooking oil for example , got tainted by non halal meat or not slaughtered by muslim , consider non halal already

If you are worried about that then just eat jakim certified places. Cause I'm very sure a lot of places would fail their certification especially with cleanliness and source of meat.

It's just that since its own people so the question doesn't appear.

I'm very certain the laksa kedah who sent folks to the hospital would be non-halal under jakims standards

ask seiferalmercy lah

afaik u should not mix halal and non halal stuff in the same kitchen

that's one of the requirement to get halal cert by jakim

https://www.halalpenang.com/info/guidelines...l-certification

During the preparation, handling, processing, packaging or transporting of products , the product must be clean and free from any non halal ingredient

Don eat lor..but u still can use the same utensil. Eg if restaurant owner unknowingly buy meat slaughter using nonislamic way does he have to throw away the utensil use to prepare the food? If still want to use same utensil how to samak when samak procedure is oni for pig n dog.
