It as mentioned above,
Let discuss and list up the current working (withdrawal/deposit) Crypto Exchanges in malaysia.
I will list up few that I know.

Malaysia SC registered exchanges

-Luno
-Sinergy
-Tokenize

P2P exchanges
- binance P2P
-Remitano
-Localbitcoins

Crypto Exchanges

-Luno ( available for deposit/withdraw fiat)
-tokenize
-sinergy
-xbitasia ( checking)
-pink exchanges (checking)
-numoney (low liquidity )
-bittrex (working)

Here the Crypto Debit Card list. AFAIK there are no working debit card yet in Malaysia
- TenX (they stop the order and shipping to Malaysia now)
- Monaco ( Crypto.com),
anyone want referrals code can PM. You and I will get some rewards.
- Tokencard ( Token.com) Live in London and EU, use TKN for payment to get lesser charging fees
- Fuzex (no progress yet)
- BitPay (USA only)
- wirex (USA)
- shift card from coinbase ( US only, will discontinues on April 2019)
-Groestlcoin Card by PolisPay ( abit expensive, $25 yearly fee, $55 shipping fee to Asia)

Defi product.
1) Monolith (tokencard) - a decentralised wallet with a crypto debitcard attach to it.

2) Crypto.com - A really a great wallet to earn interest and get loan and use your crypto debit card with alot of perks. (Personally using this wallet to collect interest, can PM me to receive the Referral code for you to earn $50 in mco when you start using it)

3) Celcius.com

4) Nexo

Feel free to add on more if there are some working exchanges and card product and I will update the list.

Well they start with singapore first.
Then asia, EU and rest of the world, when? Nobody know😂 in my opinion probably end of 2019 or even 2020. Can’t see they can do this worldwide and outside singapore yet, and how they can get visa/mastercard etc or get their own BIN for now yet.

In malaysia? Personally
For now, acceptable rate and spread P2P exchanges like remitano.
Other exchanges either have huge spread or lack of liquidity

Regarding numoney debit card. I gonna try apply and try it. Still no response yet

1. It's a prepaid debit card. So user to have make a request to withdraw their fiat into this debit card and we will process it and reload the card.

Someone ask about whether it Visa/Mastercard.
2. Due to marketing prohibitions, we are not able to specify which one of them they are. But NuMoney Debit Card is one of the above mentioned major cards.

Yeah can do direct txn with community members also. Just need to know the risk involved. Jack also in remitano if you need remitano to become escrow.

Update on card.

Tenx gonna release kad di Malaysia dlm Q1 2019, probably 2-3 bulan lagi. Not sure how they will bypass new regulations .
They start doing KYC for Australian now.

Crypto.com haven’t have any plan for malaysia release yet. For now only in Singapore.

Tokencard still have no card yet, planned for 1000 test card release on Feb. For EU.

Thanks for sharing the update.
I've ordered and waiting for the TenX card since August 2017, curious to see how TenX, Crypto.com and others will comply with our new regulations where Bitcoin and other crypto are classified as securities.
