you may get 50% on half share (since ur mum's portion is not first housebuyer)

hi...i have question..meaning MOT waiver is based on SPA date? or SPA stamping date? thanks.

for projects under development...(strata title) the MOT usually after VP only need to pay..so in this case..any waiver still follow the SPA date? or at that time when MOT is carried out (after VP) ?

thanks

Hi, usually will follow SPA date.

gazette will usually say "applies to property with SPA dated between XXX and XXX"
