QUOTE(filage @ Jan 8 2019, 02:23 PM) Western company I guess? From the description they give. Used to worked in a Norwegian company, i would say Western style are much more work-life balance, off work @7pm and 80% ppl already leave the office @7:10pmHow do those of you working in Western style companies feel? Less Chinamen? Less stress? The time given for ur task are always more thn enough which sufficient 4u to deliver quality product |

QUOTE(red4900 @ Mar 6 2019, 11:27 AM) Nope Did they mention their benefit package? etc highest bonus u could earn, ofcoz based on ur performanceThey are actually a Malaysian company, started as a local company - dont remember what was their old name. They were bought over by a UK company, Ideagen sometime 2017/8, can't remember. I went to interview there once, failed, but I was kinda half-hearted to join anyway so wasn't trying very hard. Some dev team is to focus on their original product (from before they were bought over), some will focus on product development for their UK branch. They keep mentioned that they really prioritized work-life balance. If you need to work extra, you can work from home, as most of them did. From the look of it, memang their group is kinda like... family people. They have quite a hierarchy for software dev - there is level 1/2/3, then senior 1/2/3, iinm. |
