Hi All

I have been having neck and shoulder muscle ache for 3 weeks. Been using hot pack and counterpain and stuffs like that. Till today, it's still aching. Sometimes, my whole right hand will feel numbness.

Could it be a slip disc? Any good doctors to recommend around Sunway area?

Thanks for your advises. I went and see the doctor. He told me it is internal inflammation. All is fine now as he has given me some medication. The pain is very minor now, should go away soon. He told me not to let people massage it, in case it aggravates the pain. Since it's fine now, thanks to all.

I'm fine now after taking a week's worth of medication. I applied the counter pain around the neck area, then I used the warm packet to relief the muscle pain.

At the same time, I took the medicine give by the doctor.

And I didn't work out. Woke up one fine day, and the muscle was painful as well. But after 2 weeks, it's good now. Hope it stays that way. Haha

Haha Ang moh medicine doctor say don't massage it coz we cannot see the injury inside.
