I would like to ask you guys about subwoofer size and music pleasure.

Can a 10" woofer able to pump the bass as deep as 12" (i know that it won't be better off than 12")

What does 10" subwoofer can do to enjoy music?

Will 10" woofer able to save some space for my trunk?

because i started to find my 6x9 limit. But might want to try using a 4channel 480w try to pump the max of this soundstream 6x9. If not, i try use subwoofer.

I plan to get Soundstream 10" DVC sub.

what are the chances of getting my 6x9 getting blown? is weird spec. It comes with nominal watt of 200W and Max RMS at 400W. Power sucking 6x9 i had. Magnet rated 30oz.

nope, still consider about it. My 6x9 Soundstream for the rear, the wood had just broken to two piece .... really heavy 6x9 speaker.

nope, is due to sport spring and stiffer ride. More over the Soundstream xts6.9 have real heavy driver unlike those cheap pioneer 6x9 which could be fake type. The wood board can't withstand... Just replace mine not long ago (hope won't break again).

And again, this soundstream 6x9 sound quality is way different from those china made pioneer 6x9.

6x9 is a 3 way speaker consisting tweeter and woofer. 3 way means the 6x9 can produce the low, mid and high. 6x9 simply means its oval size with 6" high and 9"long. Usually fitted on your rear board kancil. Is mandatory to change to aftermarket speaker board made of wood as kancil stock speaker board just can't withstand it.
