RM100 for that thingy is a little bit too expensive to me .

Ya its expensive, i bought it at RM109, doubt that there are any other options other than ebay or 2nd hand ones. Any other manufacturers using mini DVI?

after converting cost 70 someghin including postage... that is kinda too much .

But does the price inclusive of shipping? Shipping from US aint cheap. Easily cost you USD10 for it. And some seller pusposely put low product price and high shipping charge to make you fall for it.

i think this is a rare item in malaysia ... i will ask my frined from canada to check out for me . my frined in winniepeg , she said apple is so easy to be spotted in anywhere in the town .

You can try to ask if any MBP users here wanna let go of theirs. As far as I know, MBP gets a Mini DVI to dvi/vga included in the box.

sorry, nope. the included adapter with MacBook Pro is DVI to VGA, not miniDVI.
