if u are living around that area, its better off to buy around there, but do scout first

i live in sunway and to my understanding, kakimotor does sell stuff quite cheap, but bare in mind, not everything is cheap there.

there can help u pasang, u go nego for free installation, sure they give u one, can haggle price too...

for tyres, consider tek ming sunway, kinda cheap over there, toyo proxes t1-r was cheaper than klang over there. but one shop in batu caves stock it cheaper. unless your changing 4 tyres, then its better off to do it in sunway, cos time and petrol spent to go batu caves is really negligible

Hmmm actually not hard to source car workshops in USJ area. Visit those workshops/tyre shops at those industrial areas will do. Unless u got money to burn, there plenty of high perfomance/modifying car shops in sunway, but i think u will be laughed since u driving a merely normal car. sweat.gif

How about a visit to eneos at 1U? Although slighty expensive than other shops, at least there plenty of choices for car related items.

i experienced that in n1, damn lansi the staff over there, it will be the last place to patrionise.

i found kakimotor pricing reasonably priced, however they do not stock all the stuffs

eneos is good too, but they haven't include installation price and its all according to retail price. sometimes you can buy stuffs cheaper from distributors

e.g. speedworks distribute k&n filters for malaysia, so it is logical to get it from them, since they offer cheaper price

eneos is okay, but like kakimotor, you've gotta be there and act as a mandur tongue.gif

N1 see the type of car you drive then only layan you one. amoil not that bad, but when you enter, make sure to go out with something - the sales guys look at you one kind, but they do dispense good advice.

Agree, N1 is only catered for rich ppl with evos, skylines n subarus rather than regular joes like the many of us. I dont really like kakimotor coz the seller there is dam aggressive. I prefer eneos, although pricing wise u can get lower price outside.

depends what kakimotor u go, i enjoy patronising the one next to sunway college

the one in midvalley cant give decent modification advices, just so you know

else GC motorsports and RS-one is ok, except they are too far away.

ah not bad the price - for the rim skimming, that is.

absorbers, pads can do at tyre shops. more expensive, aftermarket parts will have to order, at most about 1/2 day only, engine mounts and servicing for your AE111 can do at those normal shops, but do ask around 1st. sunway is a shark colony brows.gif try not to act stupid also when visiting each shops, and don;t be surprised if the shops are actually contracting work to other shops

read my sentence properly la doh.gif doh.gif doh.gif

more expensive, non-stock parts, that's what i meant. like bendix brake pads and re-oiling tanabe shocks, they can provide the services, but its usially outsourced to the spare parts store, and you'll have to wait for them to get the parts. same goes for disc skimming.

Hi all sifus,

Er... I just want to have a normal, reasonable car servicing for my kenari. tongue.gif and just replace some brake/reverse bulbs, and fix my passenger side mirror auto motor.

Any good recommendation around Sunway/Subang/USJ? No high tech parts to change or rims though.

Many thanks. smile.gif
