need ur advice
for sebaceous Cyst removal
insurance provider say it's exclusion case
need to pay first and claim later
with a HPL report on the cyst

have anyone came through this before?
does it honor the claim?
if pay first , do u all know medical cost can be reduce by doctor?
some say using cash ,doctor can negotiable on the cost?
